Each month I stamp and send cards to the top 10 in sales in my Luv 2 Stamp Group (my Stampin' Up! downline).. a couple months ago these were the cards I sent to them. The base card is 4-1/4" square (Rose Red) and the designer paper is 4×4.

I created the tag using a 2" wide strip of Whisper White cardstock and punching it with the new Ornate Tag Topper Punch (pg 35 Occasions catalog or HERE online).
