I absolutely LOVE this floral pattern from the Stampin’ Up! Rustic Harvest designer paper pack, and wanted to create slimline cards with it!! I made 8 slimline cards from each 12×12 piece. I’ve included cutting instructions below!
How to cut the 12×12 paper & make Slimline cards:
- I cut through the center (the black part) first, so cut it at 6″. You’ll now have 2 pieces that are 6″ x 12″ each.
- Cut each of those 6″ x 12″ pieces into 4 pieces, so cut at 3″, 6″ and 9″. You’ll now have 8 pieces that are 3″ x 6″ each.
- Layer the 3″ x 6″ piece onto a 3-1/4″ x 8-1/4″ piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock.
- Cut the Thick Basic White card base at 7″ x 8-1/2″, score in half at 3-1/2″ and fold.
- Layer the daffodil piece onto the card front.
- Add designer paper as desired below the 3×6 floral piece. I used a 2″ x 3″ and a 1″x3″ piece from the Rustic Harvest pack to fill that space.
- Stamp tag with the Hello Harvest set and add Opal dots and twine as desired.
- Place into a Stampin’ Up! Slimline envelope.
