Do you remember our trip to Salt Lake City & Riverton, UT last month for the Stampin’ Up! Million Sales Achiever retreat? One of the activities we did while on the trip was a group trip to Sundance, UT and while there, Stampin’ Up! gave us a choice of classes we’d like to take. Eric and I participated in the Printmaking class. We carved a piece of rubber, added ink with a brayer and printed it on paper!!
I carved a pumpkin on my piece of rubber and printed it. I mixed 3 colors of paint for my bright orange, brayering it on to the rubber before printing on the press.
Our class of 6 included Eric and I, Shelli & Sara, and Lisa Curcio and her amazing daughter Gina. We had loads of fun!
Eric carved an amazing desert scene on his piece of rubber, and printed it in a very deep midnight blue. It turned out gorgeous!
When our class was done, we gathered for a group photo and then the bus ride back to Salt Lake for the final night group dinner.
Thank you Stampin’ Up! for this experience!!!

How fun was That? What a great experience and it looks like you had a great time. Thanks for sharing.
Patti, I loved seeing your printmaking class. Back in the early 60’s I learned to do that process so it brought back many memories. I have enjoyedfollowing your journey with Stampin Up and love the new things you are doing. I have lots of stamps and am loving combining new techniques with my Chalk Couture and embroidery machine projects.
Thanks for bringing such joy to a retired school teacher!
Wow! Eric’s carving is amazing. Looks like so much fun!
