You may have heard me mention during my live video yesterday that this Fond of Autumn Bundle from Stampin’ Up! is one of my very favorite bundles in the July-Dec (holiday) catalog! You’ll find it on page 52 and in my online store. When I received this new Stampin’ Up! catalog, I immediately noticed the amazing versatility of this bundle! Be sure to watch my video (replay linked below) to see all the different ways you can create with it!
Being an outline stamp set, it just begs to be colored. My coloring medium of choice is always Stampin’ Blends markers. I stamped the image several times with Memento Black ink, then started coloring! I always get out the colors I think I’ll use and “swatch” them (see strips above) so that I can refer to them as I am creating.
As noted in the video, this Autumn Bouquet die set is super versatile and one thing you can do with it is die cut this image into 4 pieces, or, you can cut it all out in 1 piece!!!
After coloring and die cutting these images, I started to make cards. I thought the perfect background would be the new Leaf Fall embossing folder.
What? you missed it? Yep, I did too.. you’ll find it on pages 53 and 81 in the July-Dec (holiday) catalog or in my online store.
Card #1 (above) features Cajun Craze cardstock and a strip of plaid from the Gingham Cottage DSP pack. I used only the autumn fall oak leaves and acorns, plus the leaves and berries on this card (saving the flowers for another card). Don’t forget your Natural Tones blends – they are great shades of brown for any fall projects!
I feel that the Leaf Fall embossing folder is a must for your fall crafting projects.. it’s super gorgeous! I also used it below on my flower card!
Above & Below: The flowers from the Fond of Autumn bundle are gorgeous colored with any colors, but I selected a more fall palette of colors with yellow and oranges (colors listed in product photos below). The Fall Leaf embossing folder is paired with So Saffron cardstock, and Fine Sparkle Gems are really pretty on this card, too!
Did you have a favorite card from today’s post or from the video below?

Hi Patty. I wanted to say a big thank you for the beautiful bird card I received in the mail. I love how you coordinated the tree paper with the bird paper. Brilliant!! Happy Sunday, Patty.
So glad you liked it! That was one I showed on my weekly videos and I think it was the most popular!
These are both very pretty cards. I’m glad you pointed out that the dies will cut that larger stamp into separate parts. – I like that idea a lot.
Isn’t that a super fun design from Stampin’ UP! I love what they did with the Fond of Autumn bundle dies!
Just beautiful cards! I didn’t think I wanted this set, now I do!
Thank you! So glad you liked it!!
Each card is prettier than the next. I never would have thought of putting in on the silver striped background, but I love that one the best. I have really enjoyed playing with this bundle myself.
So kind of you Mary Alice!! thank you!!
Absalutly LOVE your five cards!!!!
Great cards. My avourite is the yellow/orange one.
