  1. Hydrangeas can change color between pink/blue depending on the acidity of your soil. I think you can like add coffee grounds or something to your soil to make it more acidic if you’d rather have blue flowers. I just got my first hydrangea last year and read about them…aren’t they so pretty?

  2. I agree with Jennifer … there’s something that you can add to your soil to change the PH. Can’t remember what, exactly. You could Google it. Our hydrangeas are pink for the most part! They’re blooming nicely so far.

  3. Mine did the same a few years ago. My grandmother had a beautiful blue one and told me to add nails or pennies to the soil – this seemed too weird so I checked it out. What is lacking is acidity in the soil and can be changed by adding aluminum sulfate. Much faster than the nails and pennies =) If you want it back to blue, start adding the aluminum sulfate in early spring. Home Depot carries this along with a PH tester if you want to get really tech. Sherri
