Christmas Stamp A Stack Class samples

About 20 ladies came to stamp Christmas card samples on Saturday.. we always have SUCH a good time!!!!  Below are the samples they copied… they made 2 of each – so they went home with 10 finished Christmas cards.  Bless my dear husband for cutting the cardstock – hopefully I’ll be healed enough in January to start cutting c/s again!

ABOVE: for tip on making the wreath download the .pdf file from this previous post.  To create the green embellishment behind "Merry Christmas", stamp Merry Christmas on the Key tag punch, then punch out the Designer Label Punch in green and cut it in 1/2, separate the 2 halves and adhere them behind the greeting.

ABOVE:  I saw this idea on several blogs.. this is not an original idea, but everyone LOVED it.  Create an oval "mask" with the Coluzzle and vellum paper, stamp and sponge inside the oval with Sage Shadow, remove the mask, and stamp the large tree & greeting.  Colors:  Sage Shadow and Forest Foliage.  Glitter the tree for some "bling" if desired.  Ticket Corner punch was used on the white and Sage Shadow layers.

ABOVE:  I used the Oval punch in the front of the card so that the oval greeting from inside shows through the oval opening.  A Jumbo Eyelet was added using a Crop A Dile.

ABOVE:  Watercolor technique used:  Spritz watercolor paper about 3x, and then stamp the flower from Fabulous Flowers in Purely Pomegranate ink repeatedly until you run out of ink.  A Build a Brad was used on the tag for some added interest.

  1. What a nice selection of cards you did for your stamp-a-stack, Patty. I’m sure the girls who attended were proud to take them home. Your girls are so fortunate that even though your health is still not 100%, you have continued on with your classes.
