I thought I’d try something different.. taking photos EARLY in the morning with the subtle morning light. It gives everything a soft blue-ish tint… I realize I could have "Photoshoped" these photos to brighten them up, but I liked the look. I have DOZENS of roses just ready to bloooooooooom all over the place… yahoo!

Hi Patty!
Your Peace rose is gorgeous! I had bought one of those rosebushes for my Mom many, many years ago and she just loved it. When she passed away almost 10 years ago, I transplanted it into my garden where it lived but never really flourished. We had a really cold winter including a terrible ice storm and I think the poor thing didn’t make it. That hurts my heart alot, but I loved seeing the beautiful blooms on yours!
Thanks for sharing,

Wow…these are gorgeous, Patty !!! I’m so looking forward to seeing color again in my garden instead of dirt 🙂
Thank you for sharing these pics. These roses are gorgeous. I like the morning light. It gives a soft look to the pic.
Your flowers are beautiful. The colour in the roses are fabulous. You must have the most wonderful flower garden! Thank you for showing them to us! I wish it was warm enough for flowers to bloom in my area!!
I am so jealous of your flowers. They are so pretty! Texas summers are not good for much of anything. I am going to post a picture of an iris from our backyard later. I actually was going to ask you if you knew what it was. These have been growing every spring since we moved here in 2004. They are usually the dark purple beauties. This one is stunning. I will post tonight after the Stars game.
I wish we could have a scratch and sniff monitor! 🙂
Patty, So pretty. i love all your flower pictures. Keep sharing. Next time I come to your class I’m going to ask for a tour of your garden. Love Sue
