Top Note Bigz Die for the Big Shot – Stampin’ Up!

I REALLY love this "Top Notes Bigz Die" for the Stampin' UP! Big Shot die cutting machine.. it really lends a new and different look to cards and other projects!

Top note bigz die

Here are a couple cards I made with it:

Below… I cut one red die and one polka dot die, and trimmed the polka dot one at the little "stitched marks" that are part of the die.  (enlarge the photo ABOVE to see that).  The flowers are die cuts too!

I've seen several versions of the card above on line… thanks to everyone for their inspiration.

Oh.. you can really see those little "stitched" lines in the white Top Note die above.. it comes out that way when you die cut that shape!  Love it!

You can also fold this die in 1/2 to use as a cello topper or to fold around a card like I did in THIS POST earlier this week.

My NEW Stampin' UP! order should be arriving today (yes I paid for overnight shipping!) 🙂 .. can't wait to play and share more with you!

  2. Hey, Patty! What cheerful cards! I’m dyin’ to know…how did ya get the 1/4-ish layer difference of the Top Note in your 2nd pic? Did ya just free hand cut one of them, or does it have capapbilities to allow you to do that smaller layer? I’ve never played with a die-cut machine before, so there’s a part of me that wonders if I’ll break this puppy? LOL Mine will be arriving soon!!!

  4. I absolutely love this New Die cut from SU. Can someone tell me what the size of the cut die is? Wonder if I can use it on A2 cards.
