Last week I was in Utah again, for a Leadership Summit with Stampin' Up! It was a wonderfully productive time with top demonstrators, owner Shelli Gardner, and the Stampin' Up! Corporate Team. I came away full of ideas and energized with passion for my business!
Now, I can't tell you anything we discussed or show you the new DSP that we got (!!!!!) … if i did, they could tie me up to a tree and shoot me, because we all signed a confidentiality agreement… but, I can show you a few photos!
As we took off from the Oakland airport, I snapped this fun photo of the bay and San Francisco – our house is to the right of this photo:
I know it's kind of hazy through the airplane window.. you can click to see it larger.
Our meetings were at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah.. what a neat area! I needed an extra day for shopping… or maybe an evening without a migraine – I didn't get to go through the wonderful shops – waaaah.
When we entered our meeting room on day 1, we had this amazing gift waiting for us.. a personalized journal HAND MADE by Shelli and Pam, with help from Shelli's mom and a couple other friends! HOW COOL IS THAT!? I will treasure this always!
We had a wonderful motivational speaker, Pat Pearson… and on day 2, Stampin' Up! had purchased 2 books for us – one by Pat – and they had hand stamped bookmarks for us too!
We were also given a new personalized stamp – one for each of us – and they said we could go ahead and use it now, even though it won't be out until the new catalog in January.. so here is it…
I think it's safe to tell you that you are going to LOVE the new catalog in January!! (no we didn't get to see the whole thing!) 🙂
Fellow SU! demonstrator here!! I live right by Thanksgiving Point. Isn’t it such a neat place? Anyway, I’m SO glad you posted that new personalized stamps were coming out. I was wondering when we’d get some new designs. Thanks for sharing! Can’t wait to see the new catty!!
I LOVE that handstamped stamp! I like that it matches Frames with a Flourish, which is one my favorites. I’m happy to see that we’ll get new personalized stamp designs!
Now, you’ve got me curious about the papers, though… If they’re still secret, does that mean that you can’t make any project with it just yet?
TFS!
Cindy
Sorry you didn’t feel good on your trip. WOW the journal is just beautiful and what a handmade treasure. I can’t wait to hear and see all the fun things you learned.
What a trip. How cool to see new stuff! Love the new stamp. What a treasure Pam and Shelli made for everyone – very nice journal and book mark.
Looks like the speaker was good as well – the book looks interesting and visited her site!
