It's that EXCITING time of year when we get to WELCOME NEW Stampin' Up! sets and accessories.. our blog tour today will showcase NEW CATALOG CREATIONS from Stampin' Up!.
My first sample features one of my very favorite new sets called Blooming with Kindness. You'll find this beautiful flower (with awesome greetings) on pg 87 of the new Stampin' Up! catalog.
Blooming with Kindness, pg 87, Wood: 126420/ Clear: 126422
I die cut one of the shapes from the Apothecary Accents Framelits package, then stamped the flower with Primrose Petals & Raspberry Ripple (rock n roll technique), and then used the AMAZING NEW Essentials Paper-Piercing pack (pg 181, #126187) with the new Stampin' Pierce mat and new Paper-Piercing tool (both on pg 181) to achieve the fun accent around the die cut. I also used TWO embossing folders: Delicate Designs on the LEFT side of the card (pg 188, #127023) and the new Fancy Fan folder on the right side of the card (pg 189, #127751). I used a strip and also punched out an accent from the new pack of Floral District DSP (pg 163, #126919) and finished off with a Vintage brad and some new 1/4" stitched white ribbon (pg 173, #126877).

My 2nd project featuring NEW STAMPIN' UP! PRODUCTS
features cute Old Olive Polkadot fabric from the
Essentials Designer Fabric package on pg 170, item #126892,
and the FABULOUS new Daydream Medallions stamp set
on pg 117, #126465/126467.
Who wouldn't want to receive this pretty little box for their birthday?
I used the torn fabric strip to tie around the white box, and then added the birthday tag.
The MEDALLION TAG is stamped with Raspberry Ripple, Lucky Limeade, and Daffodil Delight ink. Each layer is die cut with the coordinating FLORAL FRAMES FRAMELITS (pg 191, #127012) and the Big Shot. The blue heart layer is Designer paper from the FLORAL DISTRICT pack and a DELICATE DOILY SIZZLIT (pg 191, #126999). The green center is punched from the INTERNATIONAL BAZAAR pack of DSP, pg 164, #126920. it's topped off with a Vintage Brad.
The frilly birthday greeting stamp is a single stamp found on pg 44, #125562, and it's die cut with the Floral Frames Framelits and layered onto a punched out flower from Besty's Blossoms.
Did you want to know what's in that pretty little box??
That is the new Essentials Designer Fabric package!!

Blooming with Kindness -So pretty in all colors!
Oh so Pretty. I just love that stamp set!
LOVE what you have done, Patty! Everyone has done such cute things with the fabric…me? I’m so NOT talented in the fabric arena. Great projects!
Patty, at the risk of sounding like a nut(!) I must have missed the polka dot fabrics in the catalogue! thanks for pointing them out — I need to recover a desk chair in my daughter’s room and these are the perfect match of whimsy and color! LOVE the new paper piercing guides! Your card is gorgeous!
Wonderful projects Patty! I especially love the box project that you did!
I love your samples and I LOVE what is in the box as well. How fun. Thanks for this stampin up blog hop Patty. Sherrill Graff istmpnv@aol.com See YOU at convention in 25 days.
Great samples Patty. Thanks for your descriptions and page #s that makes it so easy to refer back too. The box is just a delight and I love the card. I really like the way you used both of the new embossing folders to highlight the background on the card. Delightful!
I have been trying to hold back on buying any more new sets but this blog hop convinced me that I had to have Bloomimg with Kindness and Daydream Medallians. Everyone’s work is fantastic.
Love these projects and the Father’s Day cards you made! Awesome!! I am adding the Blooming Kindness SS to my wish list. 🙂
Patty…I love the projects you made! The card with “Blooming Kindness” looks so elegant! And the way you decorated the box makes it so much fun to receive! Hope to see you at Convention again this year! I’ll always remember sitting beside you and the others in the hotel restaurant for lunch – can’t remember what day! Can’t remember having laughed so much either – especially when I’ve been out for lunch!!!
Love, love, love Blooming with Kindness! All your projects are fantastic…as usual:o). TFS!
Hello Patty!
