CHALKBOARD TECHNIQUE INSTRUCTIONS: stamp the image in White Craft ink on Basic Black cardstock, sprinkle the stamped image with white embossing powder, heat with the heat tool, and then smudge a little white ink on the paper to look like chalkboard dust!
