I have always struggled with what to do with my Christmas, Fall and Halloween sets for 3/4 of the year.. and I figured out a great solution!
I tucked them all behind my other stamp sets!! Whohooo!! I Doubled my stamp set storage!
I was so excited when I discovered that my 12" deep shelves accomodated 2 rows deep of the Stampin' Up! clear mount boxes!! whohooo!
I also keep all my Big Shot Framelits in the Clear Mount Boxes, so they are on my shelf as well, since my Big Shot is right below these shelves.
{{I've had a few questions about the framelit storage… yes, I have magnetic sheets inside the cases, and I bought them when Stampin' Up! used to sell them. You can purchase them at home improvement stores like Home Depot or Lowes in the section where they sell heating and cooling duct supplies.. they are meant to cover the duct openings when you are not using your A/C or heat… hope that helps}}
I found these really sturdy GORGEOUS RED boxes at Lowes and they fit perfectly on this shelf, so I used them to store extra Washi Tape, my Undefined Kits, and other items. I made tags for them with the new Scalloped Edge Tag Punch (you'll find this on pg 35 of the new Occasions "Celebrate the Everyday" catalog from Stampin' Up!)
It's kind of like getting your Christmas tree and decorations all taken down and stored away for the year.. feels like a great start to the new year, doesn't it?

Love the framelit storage idea and how you decorated the clear mount cases. Did you use magnetic sheets to hold them in place, and if so, where did you purchase those? Love your blog Patty~Thanks for all you do to inspire and teach.
When you are storing your Framelits in the clear cases what are you using to keep them in the case? magnet sheet?
I also store my sets in double rows, but I put them in shoe boxes so I can more easily find a set in the back row. I keep all my retired set in the back row (I unfortunately have this problem of not liking to get rid of any of my sets)
