Did you see the exciting news !?
The new Blendabilities markers will be rolling out and ready to order on Tuesday, July 1st!! I'm so excited!!
These are SOOO MUCH FUN to use! I LOVED to color as a child and this is just total therapy for me to sit and color with these markers!!! Did you love to color, too?
My card today features a vintage look with the new Venetian Crochet Trim (pg 206) and the Typeset Designer series paper (pg 184) from Stampin' Up!. I wanted a soft vintage feel for this one and I think I did it! You can WATCH THE VIDEO HERE to see how to alter the Window Frame Framelits for the card above. I stamped a flower image (big surprise, right?) from the Bloom with Hope Hostess set (pg 240) in Memento Black ink on the Very Vanilla die cut. I also punched out a Decorative Label punch from Basic Black cardstock and cut it in 1/2 and tucked the 2 halves in behind the altered framelit.
Here are the 3 colors of Blendabilities I used on this card:
I blended the Medium Pumpkin Pie marker with the Blush marker (from the Skin Tone set) on the flowers and I used the light Old Olive marker for the stem.
I layered 2 ribbons on top of each other.. the new Venetian Crochet Trim on top of the Very Vanilla Seam Binding Ribbon. I tied them both around the 4×4 card at once.
You will definitely need to use the new Memento Black ink pad when stamping on Whisper White or Very Vanilla cardstock, before coloring with the Blendabilities.
Watch my Video coming TOMORROW to see all the details!
