I am often asked for tips on running a successful Stampin' Up! business and my #1 answer is always "top notch Customer Service". So what does that mean? Well, of course it means a hand stamped Thank You card with every order, free catalogs for my customers, special offers, free stamps with Patty program and more.
However, many of my new customers are selecting "No Contact" when they place an online order and this means I don't have their name or address or email or anything. It makes me sad that I cannot send a note of thanks and offer catalogs and other perks.
Of course I respect that some people don't want to receive unsolilcited emails. Aside from a thank you card, a thank you email and an offer to join my customer email list, I would never send any other communication without permission and never share your info with anyone else.
If you are one of the 20+ people to recently place a "no contact" order on my online ordering site, you are able to open your customer profile and change that option if you wish. If you would like to do that to receive a card, catalogs and email from me, just drop me a note at pattystamps@comcast.net to let me know.
I'd love to pamper you with a little stampin' love in the mail.
Thanks for listening and thanks for your continued support of my Stampin' Up! business!

Patty, I love receiving your cards and I save everyone of them! Thank you for all you do.

I’m wondering if it is defaulting to having that box checked now– many of my demo friends have said that they’re getting more “No contact” customers recently… therefore, people may not realize they need to UNcheck the box…
As a fellow demo, I think we should all write to Stampin’ Up! and request that they remove the “No Contact” option because really it’s an “Anonymous” option! Where else can you buy something online and the merchant (us) cannot see your name, address, anything?! There should definitely be an option where they can specify that they do not want to receive any additional offers, etc, but I hate not knowing who is ordering from me and being able to say THANK YOU!
