as you can see, one of the meanings is smitten.. and Yes, I think I'm smitten with this Black and White Washi Tape!!

I think it would make a delightful Valentine!

For this sweet little Whisper White note card, I covered the front of the note card with "Stacked With Love" Washi Tape – see photos below for "HOW TO", (from pg 5 of the new 2015 Stampin' Up! Occasions catalog) and then cut another card front piece the same size, punched and die cut hearts in it, then added that on to the card with lots of Stampin' Dimensionals!

A couple of ways I embellished the card front:

1. stamped Twitterpated from the You Plus Me stamp set (pg 5)

2. added 2 little epoxy sticker hearts (pg 28) colored with Blendabilities

3. drew a border with my Real Red Stampin' Write marker around the edge

A nice finishing touch on a white card: draw a border around the edge. You can find drafting triangles at Staples.. I like them because of the little raised lip .. it won't suck the ink under the surface.
