I am away at the Stampin' UP! Founder's Circle Retreat this week.. this is an incentive trip for the top 100 Demonstrators in the country and I am so blessed to be on this trip for the 8th year in a row!! Tomorrow night we are doing a swap.. each one of us brought 110 projects to swap with each other.. this is the project I brought! It's a Gift Card Holder made from a Kraft Stampin' Up! Bag!

This fun embellishment and the red card tucked inside the pocket are stamped with the new Oh, What Fun stamp set on pg 5 of the Stampin' UP! 2015 Holiday Catalog. In the video tomorrow, you'll see how I mounted a few stamps on each clear block to make the stamping go quicker!
The Snowflake Element embellishments are one of my favorite new items in the catalog. You'll find them on pg 23, and you get 24 of them in a pack.. great deal for $6.00!! I glued them on with some Multipurpose Liquid glue.. you'll see that in the video tomorrow, too.

I am so happy for you that you get to go to St. George for the 8th time. How nice!! I really love your idea for a gift card holder. It is so timely for Xmas giving. I always look forward to your videos, as I always have to see it done before my eyes. Thank you for that. I do hope you will have a wonderful experience at Founder’s Circle. Hope you are feeling better, and do take good care of yourself.
Thanks again and best wishes,

Hi Patty
You so deserve to be at the Founders circle you are the best demonstrator that Stampin Up has.
Love the idea Patty….congrats on 8th year in a row….you deserve it. I had to laugh when you said that you almost forgot to put your swaps in your suitcase because one year when my hubby and I went on a 2 week road trip that included convention, I actually DID forget to put my swaps in the car. Luckily our trip started out with a doctor appointment in SF and I called my house sitter/dog sitter to put them outside on the back steps and I called my dad and had him drive over and pick them up and he met me in Gilroy while my hubby went to his doctor appointment and I got back to SF right when he was getting out of the elevator and walking over to where I droppd him off as that was our meeting place……boy did I get LUCKY or what?! Hope you have a great time and bring back some wonderful swaps to share with us.
Love these! Have fun on your trip. Looking forward to seeing what you get in exchange for your great paper bag gift card holders. TFS!
Good morning Patty,,, I hope you are having a great time. Thanks so much for the tutorial. I’m going to make some of these for christmas. I sent an order in late last night and guess what???? I forgot to order the Season Of Cheer DSP .UGH,,,,,, I have the paper from your paper share but not sure if it will be big enough to go around the bag. I will order some my next order…… OH and thanks sooo much for the double bonus points. Have fun and bring back LOTS of new ideas.
