I did it!!  I actually cut apart the beautiful Timeless Elegance designer paper sheets from Stampin' UP! and created vintage flower cards!!  No. More. Hoarding. Paper.  🙂

Several of you commented on my posts on Instagram and Facebook as I was posting about cutting up this beautiful paper, and you know what?  It felt great to USE this paper instead of hoarding it!

I know… I did it!! As difficult as it was, I actually cut up and used up several of my packs of Timeless Elegance paper!

I cut the lighter background pieces to 4" x 5-1/4" to layer onto my Sahara Sand folded  cards.

I cut the floral pieces to 3" x 5" and sponged Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz ink on the flowers and leaves!

To finish off the cards, I added 1/2 of a metallic foil doily to some of them (left others with just the greeting). The greeting is from the Rose Wonder stamp set, stamped in Archival Black ink on Very Vanilla Cardstock and punched out with the Decorative Label punch.

There were 8 different designs, I think, when I cut up the sheets of rose paper.. and it was really pretty quick to create these 48 cards!!

I think they turned out gorgeous! I have had several compliments and  comments from the 48 customers who received them.. so glad you liked them!  (As I was typing this, one customer even called me on the phone to say how much she enjoyed her card – thanks Debbie!) 🙂
