Can it be? I married my sweetheart 30 years ago!? Wow!!!
Happy Anniversary to my sweet hubby.. thanks for putting up with me all these years! 🙂
Cheers to 30 more… I can't wait to see what adventures await us Mr. Bennett!
Here is the card I made for Eric.. I was excited to create this for him! I've been thinking about what to make him for several months. When I saw the new Large Letter framelit dies in the new Stampin' Up! catalog, I knew this is what I wanted to make!
I die cut "30 YEARS" with the Stampin' UP! large letter and large number framelits and my Big Shot, and put a collage of photos behind the cut out openings. I hope he'll like it!!
I stamped around the die cut numbers and letters with my favorite swirly image, and a heart image from the First Sight stamp set. You'll find them on page 46 of the current Stampin' UP! catalog or online in the product photos below.
I stamped the heart image with Real Red ink on Whisper White cardstock, punched it out with the Sweetheart punch, then die cut Real Read hearts with the Sweet & Sassy heart framelits to perfectly frame the hearts!! 🙂
I did just a little embellishing with the new enamel shapes – Real Red from the Brights package and Pool Party from the Subtles package.
Here is the inside of the anniversary card:
You may be wondering… how are we celebrating this special occasion!? Well, since Tuesday nights are bowling league nights for Eric and Jason, they have bowling league tonight… soooooooo, I will be meeting them for dinner before bowling and then I'll tag along and cheer them on during their games tonight :)
Ya… romantic… right? :) LOL
Well, doesn't matter how we celebrate, just being together is the best and that's what counts!
This is a large 6" x 9" card. I love that crafters can create a custom greeting or card with these large number and large letter framelits!! They are available in my online store by clicking any of the product photos below..

Love your card–such a great idea with the number and letter framelits. Now, for a personal question because I am just too curious I guess. My husband and I have been married for over 41 years. I have never, ever seen him without a mustache in all the years I have known him. Have you ever seen Eric without one? I couldn’t tell in the photos!
And Happy Anniversary!!! It’s a big milestone.
