I'm wondering if you would have guessed that these sweet sunflower baskets were stamped with images from the Stampin' Up! Bike Ride stamp set!?
I stamped these sweet "sunflower baskets" on Whisper White Stitched Shape oval framelits, and then added them to cards and a gift bag! I love the new Gold Striped Treat bags from Stampin' Up! (find the bags on page 195, #144255)
Each basket and sunflower bouquet is stamped with the Bike Ride stamp set (pg 20, #143716) in Archival Black ink onto a Whisper White stitched shape oval and layered onto a scalloped Layering Oval die cut in Old Olive cardstock. I stamped "Thanks a bunch" in Pumpkin Pie ink from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set (pg 93, #143666) onto each oval.
Tip for the sunflower centers … color the White Perfect Accents with your Black Sharpie marker and add one to each flower center!
Below: On the first card, I added a little Old Olive 1/8" sheer ribbon bow to the basket, and then added the entire oval onto a card that I embellished with some embossing paste bricks… the REALLY cool thing about these bricks is that I added Gold Glitter to the embossing paste along with the Cajun Craze ink refill.. it gives the "brick wall" amazing texture!! I tied up the card with some 1/4" Copper Trim and "frayed out" the ends to create more neat texture on the card.
I mixed Gold Glitter (#133457) and reinker with my embossing paste to create these bricks with tons of texture!!!
For the card below, I was using up 2 different colors of embossing paste.. did you see my Instagram video (<< click!) when I was doing that fun technique?

Above: I mixed Lemon Lime Twist reinker with my embossing paste and spread it on Basic Black cardstock using the Palette knives and Pattern Party Masks for this dramatic background for this sunflower basket card. I added just a small strip of Delightful Daisy designer paper to the bottom of the card, then tied it off with Crushed Curry 3/8" Mini Chevron ribbon in 2 places.
Above: with my 4th sunflower basket oval, I decided to layer it onto a Gold Striped Treat Bag, and use a strip of Gold Foil paper that I had punched with the Decorative Ribbon punch, plus a gold metallic doily to dress it up a bit. Then I added some Pear Pizzazz 3/8" Shimmer Ribbon to bring out the green scalloped oval.

Oooh, those are so fun! I can’t wait to try mixing glitter into embossing paste myself – thanks for that great tip. I was wanting glittery paste, and now I can have it in every color!!
