Christmas background paper? It may be a bit unexpected… but I used the Merry Little Christmas leaf print paper for the background of these Falling Flowers note cards featuring the new Stampin' Blends markers!
These are some of the cards I'm taking with me to Salt Lake City this week to swap with other Stampin' Up! demonstrators! We are excited to learn about new products, learn new techniques, see the new 2018 Occasions catalog and 2018 Sale a Bration free gift offerings, and of course to see our friends, laugh, eat, and give lots of hugs!
I created these cards with the Falling Flowers stamp set and Stampin' Blends markers per THIS VIDEO.

The "it's your day" greeting is from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set, stamped with Memento Black ink on the thick Whisper White Note card. The leaves are stamped with Lemon Lime Twist ink onto Pear Pizzazz cardstock and punched with the leaf punch. Save 10% by purchasing the Painted Harvest bundle which includes the leaf stamp and punch!
All flowers are stamped using the Falling Flowers stamp set, stamped in Memento Black ink on Thick Whisper White cardstock, colored with Stampin' Blends markers, and die cut with the May Flowers framelits.
Above: TIP! Make a fun dotted border!! Use the Swirly Snowflakes border framelit!
