Stampin' Blends Ribbon of Courage Heart cards

Tis the season for thank you notes!

The Color Me Happy stamp set is a great one for Thank You notes! It's an online purchase only, you won't find this set in a catalog. You can purchase it by clicking on the links at the bottom of this blog post.

After coloring the Thank You image with the Calypso Coral and Smokey Slate Stampin' Blends on Thick Whisper White cardstock, I die cut it with the Stitched Shape oval framelit. (remember to always stamp with the Black Memento Ink pad when coloring with Stampin' Blends).

I paired the Thank You image with the heart from the Ribbon of Courage set, and colored them both with the new Stampin' Up! Stampin' Blends alcohol markers. They color and blend beautifully!

I sat and colored a bunch of different images with my Stampin' Blends one day (it's total therapy for me! I've loved to color since I was a very young girl!).

Here is another card for you .. some of the same supplies as the card above, but I added a die cut in Bermuda Bay cardstock, cut with the Sunshine Wishes thinlits.

Both cards feature a small strip of designer paper from the Delightful Daisy package.

Both cards are also created with the Stampin' Up! thick Whisper White note cards.
