Sneak Peek – 2019 Stampin’ UP! Holiday Catalog!! Snowman Snow Globe Shaker Card!!!!!
The entire Let it Snow Suite in the Holiday catalog is super fun, and especially fab if you love snowmen!! When I was stamping with Cindee last week, we decided to try out the new “Still Scenes” Snow Globe stamp set and matching dies, but we used some snowmen from the Let it Snow specialty paper inside our snow globe shaker card! We added several fun shaker bits to the snow globe. It’s ADORABLE!
How to make the Snow Globe Shaker Card:
Find the Holiday Catalog supplies here:
- Let is Snow snowman paper: page 20, #150393
- Let it Snow Embellishment kit, pg 19, #150425
- Real Red Curly Ribbon (I’d personally call it yarn), pg 19, #150426
- Hammered Metal embossing folder, pg 31, #150646
- Still Scenes bundle (set and dies), pg 43, #153023
- Snow Globe Shaker Domes, pg 43 #150442
- Snowflake Sequins, pg 43 #150443
- Ice Stampin’ Glitter, pg 41, #150445
How to order these products early… put them in your demonstrator Starter Kit!!! Click here for all the info!
The Snow Globe shaker domes measure almost 1/2″ thick at the highest point… so they will need a padded envelope and special handling for the US Mail – or personalized delivery!
More fun facts about this card:
Hammered Metal embossing folder on Whisper White background, almost looks like snow falling!
A little piece of the new Real Red curly ribbon, tied in a knot and frayed, is the perfect pop of color!
Stamped and die cut snowflakes and Jolly star tag are from the Tiny Keepsakes bundle (#152390), and the snowflakes topped off with new Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#150457) adds a great wintery touch to the card!
AND last but not least.. the Champagne Foil Sheets were used to die cut the snow globe base and I love it!

Love the snowmen in the globe! Where did you find the cute little “snowballs” in the shaker? I may have to make a run to find some to go with my snow glitter and snowflake sequins!
HI Debbie, those cute snowballs come in the Let it Snow embellishment kit 🙂
Squeee – that is SO cute!!! That snowman all tied up makes me giggle. I love that entire suite, the snowman stamp set is one of the cutest we’ve had in a while and I adore snowmen. I wish I could stamp with you and Cindee sometime – y’all have so much fun and make the awesomest projects!!
Patty, Thank you so much for sharing
Your beautiful card and the wonderful instructions. If you have info on how to use water inside I would also be interested in these instructions.
Glad you enjoyed it!! I haven’t done one with liquid in it.. and I probably won’t .. I wouldn’t want it to leak on the card.
