I am excited to share a couple of quick and easy Halloween Treats featuring the Stampin’ UP! Festive Post stamp set! The first easy treat idea features the 3×3 acetate box filled with candy and decorated with the Festive Post set and some “Magic In This Night” designer paper.
The fabulous Metallic Mesh ribbon is perfect for any occasion and adds so much fun to this treat!
How to Make the Treat Box:
- Fill Acetate box with candy
- Tie Metallic Mesh ribbon around box
- Cut a piece of Magic in this Night designer paper and adhere to front of the box (mine is just slightly less than 3×3)
- Die cut the largest Scalloped Square die with Whisper White cardstock, and lightly sponge from one corner diagonally to the other corner with Pumpkin Pie ink
- Stamp bats from Festive Post set
- Stamp brooms from Festive Post set onto a Whisper White Postage Stamp Punch piece, and apply a Foam Adhesive piece on the back
- Greeting stamped with Pumpkin Pie ink onto Whisper White cardstock
- Layer all pieces as shown onto acetate box
Using the same Festive Post stamp set, I created another quick, cute Halloween treat featuring candy in a Mosaic Gusseted Cello bag, tied up with 3/8″ glittered organdy black ribbon.
The tag features 3 layers of die cuts. The Black Glitter paper was die cut with the largest scalloped oval die, the middle layer, stamped with the brooms in Smoky Slate ink is from the Tasteful Labels dies, and the Stitched Shape circle was stamped with Pumpkin Pie and Memento black ink.
Start creating your Halloween Treats now and you’ll have a basket full of fun to give to family, friends, neighbors, delivery people, etc., by October 31!
