OOH La La have you seen the gorgeous red and green foil from Stampin’ UP!? You can see it in the Aug-Dec. 2020 Holiday catalog on page 22, or HERE online!! I die cut the Poinsettia dies with the red and green foil for these Christmas cards! For a little added shimmer, I die cut the sprigs in the Poinsettia Dies with the Gold foil. I love this combo!
Craft Tip!
When using the Poinsettia dies, use a little post-it note or flag to hold the outline die and the detailed die together while running the red and green foil through your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. See photo below:
One of my favorite embellishments in the Holiday catalog is the Wonderful Gems package. There are both red and gold gems and I used them both on the cards today. So pretty!! See them HERE online!
My card bases are top fold 4-1/4″ x 11″ Crumb Cake cardstock bases and I cut 2 pieces of Poinsettia Place designer paper at 4″ x 6″, then cut them at a diagonal and then “flip flopped” them on the 2 cards. I didn’t measure any type of diagonal measurement, just put them in my paper trimmer at a diagonal and cut.
Find the Happy Holidays greeting in the Poinsettia Petals stamp set, part of the Poinsettia Petals bundle which includes the Poinsettia dies at a 10% bundle Savings! I stamped it with Shaded Spruce ink onto a die cut from the Ornate Frames dies.

Your flowers are beautiful – just stunning.
THank you! the foil makes them gorgeous!
Beautiful card but what wood grain paper did you use on the top of the flip flop DSP. Is it stamped or is it paper?
The papers are in the Poinsettia Place pack.. you can click the link to go to my online store and you can view the patterns larger or view them in the catalog.
