Repurposing the empty plastic envelopes from the Stampin’ Up! dies is such a fun project! It’s one of the questions I get asked most often: What do you do with the empty die envelopes after you put the dies on your magnet cards?
I repurpose them into gift packaging for Stampin’ Up! embellishments and accessories! To decorate them, I used the fun Sale-a-Bration Berry Delightful paper and Oh So Ombre paper to dress up the empty die envelopes to create gifts for my Luv 2 Stamp Group.
I cut a piece of the Berry Delightful designer paper to fit inside the envelope, then used a 2″ tall scrap to adhere to the flap.
The strawberries are stamped and punched using the Sweet Strawberry bundle. I layered them onto a die cut stamped with congratulations (from the stamp set called “A Grand Kid“) then onto a 2-1/4” punched circle from the Oh So Ombre designer paper. Red dots finish off the flap – I colored Elegant Faceted Gems with my Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends.
You might wonder why they are stamped with Congratulations? It’s because they are gifts for my team for our Monthly Prize Patrol, Weekly Challenges and Title Promotion gifts.

Well isn’t this clever. I just sold a bunch of the thicker plastic ones – guess I need to keep a few!
