If you are available today, I’d love to have you join me live at 11am PT on my business Facebook page to see how I stamped the Sweet as a Peach stamp set to make these cards!
No worries if you can’t make it live, the recording will be archived on my business page, I will post it on my blog tomorrow (5/29) and also on my PattyStamps YouTube Channel later today.
These 2 super easy fun fold cards are fun to make, and look amazing when you combine 2 or more patterns from the You’re a Peach designer paper pack!
Confession: I thought I didn’t like Balmy Blue… but wow.. I was wrong.. look how pretty is it with this Sweet as a Peach card!!!
I used it because it was a color in the You’re a Peach designer paper, and it’s perfect for the greeting and the little tiny flower images!
Fun Fold #1 Above:
Base Card: Thick Basic White cut at 4-1/4″ x 11″ scored and folded in 1/2 at 5-1/2″. Cut 1-1/4″ off the front flap.
DSP: large peach design cut to 4×4 and adhered to the front. Balmy Blue polka dot pattern cut to 1-1/2″ x 4-1/4″, adhered to inside.
Stamp images on Stitched so Sweetly die cut and mat onto Coral polka dot DSP – I didn’t measure, just trimmed around the die cut.
Add Pale Papaya ribbon around the base card before adding the front focal point. Add Artistry Blooms Sequins.
The Secret to a Great Peach Image:
The secret to stamping the Sweet as a Peach image is to ink it with Pale Papaya ink, then sponge some Calypso Coral ink onto the photopolymer before stamping!
Fun Fold Card #2:
Base Card: Thick Basic White, cut at 4-1/4″ x 11″, folded in 1/2. Score 1″ from the fold, and seal shut the 1″ section with adhesive.
DSP: 1″ x 4-1/4″ piece on the left, 4×4 piece on the large flap.
