I had a bunch of 2″x6″ scraps of New Horizons paper and couldn’t let them go to waste… so.. I started stamping flowers from my Flowing Flowers set on them, I fussy cut them with my Paper Snips and went to town making beautiful cards!
Use a variety of pinks and purple inks (colors listed at the bottom of this post) combined with the flowers layered on the Scalloped Contours dies, then layer onto more New Horizons paper and a Misty Moonlight cardstock base.
It could be hard to see but each flower is “sprinkled” with Wink of Stella to make them sparkle!
Simple Embellishments:
Iridescent Rhinestones are gorgeous in the centers of the flowers!
Adding a touch of color with Blending Brushes to the centers of some flowers helps increase the color contrast and just makes them pop!
Aren’t these gorgeous!? I hope you will make a few.. pick a flower set and start stamping on the new Horizons paper!
