I was pretty happy with this cute slimline card! I created it with the Stampin’ Up! Best Delivery stamp set, and the Kite Delight set. Doesn’t it just look like these fun trucks are racing to the birthday party!?
The fun new Slimline Envelopes (shown below) come in 3 colors in 1 pack. For my Thick Basic White card base, I used these dimensions: 7″ x 8-1/2″, scored in 1/2 at 3-1/2″. That seems to fit these envelopes perfectly!
All of the trucks from the Best Delivery set were stamped with Memento Black ink and colored with Stampin’ Blends markers, then cut out with my Paper Snips. I added them to a Basic White panel. For the road, I stamped the squiggle stamp repeatedly in a straight line, then used my Blending Brush to add more color for the road (below) with Gray Granite ink.
Blending Brushes and some Pool Party ink create a soft blue sky, then I added stamped and fussy cut clouds and a sun from the Kite Delight set to the sky.
