Did you do what I did?
Looked through the annual catalog earlier this year, saw the Fresh Cut Flowers stamp set on page 65 and said, Oh, Pretty, but… I’m not fussy cutting all that out!!
So, imagine my delight when I saw the offer for the Fresh Cut Stems dies this month!! Yay!!!!!!
Save 10% when you purchase the Fresh Cut Flowers bundle, or, if you already have the stamp set, get the Fresh Cut Stems dies here. LIMITED TIME ONLY!
And the wonderful thing is.. these flowers look SO Pretty when they are colored and die cut!! I hope you enjoyed the LIVE video last week as I demonstrated the card above!! Missed it? Watch the replay!

- Card below colored with Stampin’ Blends (see product photos at the bottom of this post for colors)
Just a little bit of Pool Party ink over the Artistic Decorative Masks was the perfect touch for the background of my die cut Fresh Cut Flowers image. If you haven’t done this technique before, be sure to watch the video!
As I shared in the video, I colored the flowers with Blending Brushes and ink, as well as some of the leaves. Then I colored the rest of the leaves with Stampin’ Blends. Video Here.
The card below features an Orchid Oasis top fold card base, and Basic White Layer colored with some Flirty Flamingo ink and the Artistic Decorative Masks. In addition to coloring and die cutting the large Fresh Cut Floral Image with Stampin’ Blends markers, I also colored 2 of the smaller ones and tucked them behind the large image on my final card. They are raised with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stampin’ Blends marker colors used: Sweet Sorbet, Flirty Flamingo, Poppy Parade, Orchid Oasis, Starry Sky and Parakeet Party.
What do you think.. do you like the image colored with Stampin’ Blends markers best? or the softer look of coloring with Blending Brushes?
