One day in December I packed up my card making supplies and headed to the office where my husband and son work… I stamped at the office for the afternoon then we went to the office Christmas party that evening. I created dozens of customer thank you cards using the Beautifully Happy stamp set!
I like to work “assembly line style” when I am making my weekly batch of thank you cards, so you can see I have lots of designer paper cut and ready, I stamp all the focal points and tags, and then assemble.
By cutting the 6×6 Fancy Flora paper in half at 3″ and then to 5″ tall, I can get 2 note cards out of every sheet. This is an economical way for me to batch create my thank you cards. I selected 2 prints from the Fancy Flora paper stack and made all the cards with those 2 patterns. SEE BELOW for cutting guides.
Stamping the Beautifully Happy set in Soft Succulent and Flirty Flamingo worked for both patterns of Fancy Flora paper, so this was an easy project I completed in about 3 hours. Stamping the outline of the flower/leaves with Basic Gray gave a softer look than using black ink.

Beautiful cards and a great way to make them. I try to do that with sympathy cards as seems like I send many of them each year. A good Christmas card idea too. But I always make a different one for each of our children and grandchildren and special friends.
THank you Edna.. so glad you enjoyed them!!
Patty,
Love your ideas on this set and DSP. I have yet to use it, now I will . Thank you for sharing. One of my favorites for Sale-a-bration.

Beautiful cards! You take assembly line card making to the next level! Thanks for sharing the measurements/how-to’s. The catalog doesn’t do the paper justice – it’s really pretty.
Oh thank you!! I’m glad it was helpful!
Those cards are so pretty, like them all.
THank you Mary!!
Patty, may I ask, did you keep the 1″ strips for another project or just discard them? Or maybe inside the card? I’d keep them as they’re so pretty, but just wondering your process. Thank you for your time and the beautiful cards! The stamping in Basic Grey…I LOVE the look!
I should have kept them for inside cards or a different design, but alas, I did not.
Patty, You are so talented. I love how you make many cards out of the beautiful paper Your cards are so pretty. Everyone will be so lucky to receive them . Thanks for all the details. Great Job, Patty. Hugs.
