Recently in a weekly video, I shared 2 ways to get the torn paper look in the background of your handmade cards. The version above/below uses torn paper, blending brushes and ink to create “layers” of faux torn paper. I love building up the ink layers to create different intensities. These are created with Berry Burst ink and the Timeless Charm bundle.
The hello greeting is from the Biggest Wish set, stamped onto a Bubble Bath Nested Essentials die cut.
Below: we also explored the actual torn paper process using the White Center paper from Stampin’ Up!
My card is embellished with a circle die cut from the All That dies and some Pastel Adhesive Backed sequins. All products are available in my online store by clicking the product photos at the bottom of this post.
