All Set for December Birthday Cards

December Birthday Card idea featuring STampin' Up! snowflakes by Patty Bennett

I have several friends and family members with December birthdays each year, so I thought these would make great cards to send in December!!

Not sure what it is about the font in this birthday stamp from the Year to Celebrate Stampin’ Up! set, but I just LOVE the font!!

You can use a variety of any snowflake stamps or stencils you might have.  I thought the vellum layer on top was a lovely touch!!

For My Snowflake Background:

  • On Basic White cardstock: use blending brushes and Pool Party and Night of Navy ink to add some color to the background
  • Stamp Sparkling Snowflakes with Night of Navy ink
  • I also added a few snowflakes with the Abundant Beauty masks and Boho Blue ink – this step is optional
  • Flick Night of Navy ink using a Stampin’ Blends marker onto the background
  • Flick Wink of Stella onto the background

  1. This is a beautiful idea for winter birthdays…I love the colors you chose although I don’t have boho blue yet. I’m sure I can use Balmy Blue too. Thanks Patty !
