After making several really fun Bistro Burger Cards, I thought, Oh, this burger would be perfect on a circle die cut, and the circle die cut is so fun on the Backfold card… so….. here we go! A fun fold design for you – revisited from a year ago!
Hope you enjoyed watching me color the burgers, and make cards yesterday during our weekly live event. If you missed it, you can watch the video replay below.
Dang … I just realized the 2nd olive fell off my card…. oh well!!
Cutting & Scoring dimensions for making a Backfold card:
Below: this fun version features the To Market Designer Paper and Basic Beige cardstock base.
I forgot to include it in the product photo display at the bottom of this post, but the cute die cut above is from the new Greetings of the Seasons die set.
Above: This Bistro Burger card features the Country Woods DSP and a Pecan Pie card base
Featured Bundle: Bistro Burger – enjoy a 10% Bundle Discount when you buy the stamp set and dies together!
Below: I used the new Iconic Celebrations 6×6 paper stack for the plaid.. I thought it was a fun compliment for the burger!
So, if you are like my son and don’t settle for a single burger… you might want to color extra images and cut them apart to make a double or a single burger! How fun!!
This triple burger was actually my husband’s birthday card last week. 🙂 I had to borrow it back for the video.
(The toothpick is from the kitchen.. doesn’t it add a fun touch to the card!?)
Above & Below: I die cut a cute red / white striped patterned paper piece from the 6×6 Brights stack, using the smallest of the 3 Pocket Thoughts dies and used it for my fries… adorable!!
And don’t forget to die cut the ketchup cup and knife.. they add so much fun to the card!!

Outstanding burger cards, Patty!! I used this set for my husband & two sons-in-law birthdays in June. Will use again for other son-in-law in November, but I think I’ll do your triple-burger for him!! Thanks for your inspiration! Keep those great ideas & videos coming!!
So glad you enjoyed it!! thanks!!
I forgot to mention that your tip to attach the 2 or 3 burger layers to a piece of scrap paper is a great idea! I also love the French fry container!! You’re so creative!
So glad you enjoyed the ideas!! 🙂
I can not open this after saving. Any ideas?

Hi Patty,
Thank you for showing the Back Fold card again. I loved it the first time you showed it. It’s so easy and versatile. I have replaced the circles with other shapes, turned it to open on the left side and used a full A2 front for a completely different look. I think it’s a real hidden gem kind of fold. Please bring it back more often.
Thank you for all your great tips and inspiration.
Caryn
GREAT cards, Patty!!! Your coloring is amazing, as always!
I’ve made Bistro Burger cards for my 3 sons-in-law, brother, a friend & my husband.
I bought this set as soon as it was released! It’s perfect for the guys.
Now I’m hungry…..
