I didn’t want you to miss out on the sale pricing on this Wildly Flowering patterned paper from Stampin’ Up! (Sale ends 8-31-24), so I was anxious to share these fun patchwork cards with you!
To create the patchwork square background, I used 1/2″ strips, adding them to a piece of 12×12 cardstock, then cut it into 2″ strips, and 2″ squares.. You can adjust the strips and squares to any size you wish. I “puzzled” 4 of the squares onto each card front.
Of course my favorite part of these cards is the die cut “friend” I added on top of a die cut shape, and they are popped up on Foam Adhesive Sheets. Just put your foam adhesive sheet on the back of your cardstock after stamping, and then die cut!
Pair a stamped image like hello, or happy birthday with the friend die cut to make a handmade card for any occasion!
All supplies for these cards are at the bottom of my blog post. Click any of the product photos to shop in my online Stampin’ Up! store.
BONUS: if you are ordering this week (Aug 25-31, 2024) your $50 or more purchase gets the DOUBLE POINT bonus on your Free Stamps with Patty form!!

Great idea! Thanks for the directions and samples. Perfect way to use up scraps and the cards are so pretty!
So glad you enjoyed it!!
Love square cards but remember to put them in rectangular envelopes or you will have to pay extra postage.
Yes, I always say that, too!
