You might remember this technique from my video last month.. I shared ink blending on the Full of Life patterned paper with flowers stamped from the new Stampin’ UP! Thankful Garden stamp set.
What I didn’t think about when I shared that with you live, was stamping the image in Granny Apple Green on the die cut Textured Notes rectangle, so that the leaves could be ALL green when I added the ink with blending brushes!!
Below.. check out how pretty the result is when you stamp on the Full of Life patterned paper and then use the masks, blending brushes and ink to add more depth and dimension to the stamped Thankful Garden flower images.
Above/Below: the hydrangea is a show stopper on the pink, blue and purple patterns in the Full of Life paper. Look at the beautiful colors you can achieve with Petunia Pop and Boho Blue ink blending on the flowers!
Below… my absolute favorite image after adding ink with the Blending Brushes!!
As I shared in the video, I love adding embellishments like these Riverside Pearls (above) to the center of each flower!
