Seems I’ve been pulled in SO many different directions this week… listing and selling a ton of stuff on ebay, helping with Vacation Bible School, trying to keep up with laundry and the garden… and all my new SU! goodies came a few days ago and I haven’t even finished going through it all and looking at all the new goodies! ack! What I’ve seen so far is TOO much fun.. I must get back to those boxes today!
BUT.. I had to take a moment to share these beauties from the garden today… THIS is the MOST UNUSUAL thing that’s ever happened in my garden… THIS IS FROM ONE BRANCH of a rose bush!! It grew up from the base of the bush and bloomed with over 40 blooms on this one branch!!
And I decided to cut some of the hydrangea blooms.. there are so many that my hydrangea bush was laying over on the deck, so I put them in my favorite vintage vase that I found when cleaning out my mom’s things in her garage .. I don’t think you are really supposed to cut hydrangeas to bring in for a vase.. but oh well,.. it’s my garden and I wanted to! LOL
