Info from my Stampin’ Up! Regional presentation

NOTE – Sunday AM:  I have added a couple photos to this post since yesterday.. please see below.

My quick 5 minute "Workshop Wow" presentation today at the Stampin’ Up! Regional Seminar included info on how to cut your 12×12 cardstock to make at least 36 cards from a Simply Scrappin’ Kit!

Using the 9 pieces of textured cardstock, and cutting them according the the figure above will yield 36 4×4 cards, and you still have 6 sheets of patterned cardstock in the kit to use!  Use the little 4×4 piece to punch out embellishments for your cards.

I added these supplies to embellish the cards:

And came up with several different card designs.. here are some of them.. enjoy!

  4. Patty…congratulations! I’m sure you were AWESOME at Regionals. I must have missed that you were doing a presentation there. I love your Scrappin Kit Card idea. I’ve already adopted it for my March classes. I showed the finished cards I did to a couple people and they have already signed on to come! Thanks!

  12. Hi Patty – I just recently discovered your blog and visit nearly every day! I, too, am a SU! Demonstrator, but was unable to go to convention this year. Thank you so much for keeping those of us out in the wings apprised of the updates! These 4×4 cards are darling. I haven’t attempted using the SS kits for cards as yet, but I do have several so I’m moving it up on my list. Thanks again –
