Bella Rose flowers with the Big Shot machine

I was inspired by a card by Gretchen (see her blog HERE), using the Big Shot flower dies and the Stampin' Up! Bella Rose papers!!  So I copied it using the Stampin' UP! dies I had, including the Tulipe Bigz die for some of the "greenery".

These are ALL cut with the dies and the Big Shot, except for the green punched flower!

Then I decided that this would make a lovely card using ANY of the Stampin' Up! designer papers, so I used the softer Pink Pirouette rose patterns from the Bella Rose package for this one!  Great wedding card, don't you think?

(click on it to enlarge.. it is so light it's difficult to see)

Thanks again Gretchen for the inspiration!

  1. I love, love, love all your Big Shot samples! I can’t get mine soon enough! Thanks so much for playing with the Big Shot and inspiring us to think we need one! 🙂 And all the dies too.. yikes! Just a couple of questions if you don’t mind: Which die has the 8 petal flower that you used for the brown flower in the top card? Also, I can’t seem to find the 7 petal flower you used with the pink pirouette flower in the second card. Thanks SOOO much!

  3. Very nice, Patty! Those are really elegant spins on the die cut designs. I need to play around with my machine a little more. I have been planning events and my Open House and haven’t had too much time to play. I will definitely looking at doing things with a “twist” with the Big Shot!
