Many of you have asked… how do you store your dies for the Big Shot machine?
My Solution: At the end of the counter where my Big Shot resides, I had a "literature sorter" sitting there empty, so I started putting dies in it, then I added 3 "in/out letter trays" above that to store the rest of them.
In the center of the photo, you'll see the small Stampin' UP! plastic boxes.. those store the sets of 4 Sizzlits really well.
I've printed my own labels for the dies with large text.. a hazard of "old eyeballs".
Hope this helps!

Hi Patty, and readers. I’m just here to let you know that there is real storage for bigz dies out there, and you all ought to know about Tuesday Teasers from Sizzix. So I’m here to tell y’all. The Big Shot is my 3rd die cutting machine, and of course with the ability to cut through 4-5 pieces at a time and 50 materials, comes the problem of storage, which my other dies don’t have ‘coz they’re flat and small. Today’s Tuesday Teasers had 4 colors of beautiful storage boxes, which I’m really into for maintaining a pleasant uncluttered look for my stamp/scrapbook room. So when I find a container, I usually buy sets of 3 or 6 so that I can keep things covered and build the container into the design. Take a look at http://www.sizzix.com/campaigns/TuesdayTeasers and sign up for the newsletter because the bargains on tuesdays are great! Also, they offer more die cuts than you can find at Joanne’s. I know SU doesn’t carry them all (yet) LOL, but I still want to make best use of my newest machine, and offer scrapbooking classes which may feature our DSP, cs,and embellishments, but some sizzix dies not currently offerred by SU. Like the french fry box I saw on one of your friends’ site. I have that die too, along with the chinese food container. The fry box is one of my personal favs. But look at the ghosts and pumpkins I just used to do a page with. They’re adorable, and I’m now going to make a banner since I have more embellies. I hope you all take a look at the brown, pink, tan and black Storage boxes designed for the Bigz Dies. I’ll admit, some of my friends call me an enabler. Whatever I can do to help. Hugs. -cheryl p from FL
Where did you get your ink – storer? We don’t have anything like that by Stampin’ Up in Australia (yet)… 🙂
