Thoughtful Friend Builder Wheel

I was so excited when I learned this fun technique from Cindee (she's in my Luv 2 Stamp Group – whoohoo!!).. she wheeled a sheet of Whisper White cardstock using the new Builder Wheels and then punched out images from the sheet to use as focal points on cards.. too clever!
