Our first Big Shot class project is this Fancy Favor Box with sunflower embellishment. This project was inspired by a gift my friend Lisa Lange gave me at Convention.
This great little gift box uses the Fancy Favor Box die, and is decorated using several punches: 2-3/8" scallop circle (#118874), 1-3/4" circle (#119850), Modern Label (#119849) and the Two-Step Bird punch for the leaves (#117191). Ribbon: Daffodil Delight 1-1/4" striped grosgrain (item 119770).
Colors: Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso, Pear Pizzazz
The flower center is embossed with the Perfect Polkadots embossing folder (item 117335). Each scallop is slit with Paper Snips and then the petals are folded upwards around the circle center.

I LOVE this FANCY FAVOR BOX die.. it is soooooooooooooo easy to put together and is a great size for filling with goodies! Item #115965.
And here's a fun tip for you …. use up all that brown paper packing material that comes in your Stampin' Up! order…. cut it in small strips with the Stampin' Up! Tabletop Cutter (item 106959) on pg 199.. it makes great shreddies to fill in your box projects and you are recycling, too!
