Pennants are all the rage right now… and with the Stampin' Up! Petite Pennant Builder Punch, they are super quick and easy to create!!

We made this cute Table Decoration at one of my classes a couple months ago.  I got the cute little "Coke glasses" at a dollar store, filled them with Red Hots and used red straws for the "flag poles". Use GLUE DOTS to secure the pennants to the straws.

All of the cute pennants are punched from the Pennant Builder punch and the Color Collection Designer Series Paper Stacks (BRIGHTS AND SUBTLES)

The smaller flags are die cut using the Bitty Banners Framelits.

Some flags were stamped first using the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set.
