Meeting & Convention Make & Take #2

At our August Luv 2 Stamp Group meeting, we made some of the Make & Take projects from the Stampin' Up! Convention in July.

We took some design liberties and redid some of the projects to include more new Holiday Catalog products, as well as other changes. Sharon and Cindee helped me think through the design process in coming up with the projects for our meeting.

Instead of the 12×12 scrapbook page, we made a 4-1/4" square birthday card… incorporating some great new products like the Core'dinations cardstock, sanding block and dust buddy cloth!

TIP for the little tickets: stamp ticket image on More Mustard scrap in Midnight Muse ink, punch out with TIcket Duo Punch, then stack them on the paper piercing mat, and poke through all 3 at once with the Paper Piercer. Insert the pin from Vintage Trinkets, fan out tickets, and place a glue dot between each one to keep them faned out, then pin them to the Midnight Muse ribbon.
