Earlier this month we went into San Francisco (about 15 to 20 miles from here) for the annual Fleet Week and Blue Angels air show… it was also the America's Cup races that day! I thought I'd blog a few photos from our day (I'll save the Blue Angels for another post) in support of our SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS in the World Series!
We love to go "play tourist" in this beautiful city.. we stayed until well after dark and I caught this great photo from the top deck of the parking garage near Fisherman's Wharf of the San Francisco Skyline.
Below is the same view just earlier in the day… what an amazing display of God's handiwork in these clouds!!!
I tried over and over and finally got this great shot of Coit Tower from the top of the parking garage – all lit up in orange in support of the Giants!

I loved all the photos of San Francisco, especially the Coit Tower one. My sister and I took a vacation there a few years ago and really enjoyed ourselves.

Wow! Beautiful pictures. I agree with Ruth – it has been about 35 years ago since I visited this beautiful city. I remember going to Coit Tower and the outlines of bodies on the sidewalk from the show “Streets of San Francisco” being filmed there (haha). Also China Town, Fisherman’s Wharf (Ripley’s Believe it or Not), and the winding street! Thanks for sharing.
