Each month I enjoy treating the Top 10 sellers in our Luv 2 Stamp Group with a handstamped card and a little treat. This month I used the March My Paper Pumpkin cards and supplies to create their CONGRATS cards!
I cut off 2" from the gold envelope liners that come in the kit and used them to create tags with the Scalloped Tag Topper punch!
I decorated the background with starburst die cuts and the Retro Fresh designer paper. The fun wooden elements CONGRATS piece comes in the March Paper Pumpkin kit, as do the champagne glitter dots.
