My family and I are very blessed to have earned a dozen Stampin' UP! trips/cruises over the 19 years I've been a demonstrator. I am grateful to my faithful customers for their orders all year long to help me earn these trips! We will be attending the 2014 Caribbean Stampin' UP! cruise in May, and I thought I'd share my passport cruise packet with you as well as my thoughts on my swap card…
Above: Stampin' UP! sends us a lovely packet for each trip and it includes luggage tags, lanyard/name badges, agenda, tickets, and a beautiful passport wallet!! Don't they have amazing attention to detail?
My friend Joy made me this gorgeous beaded lanyard and I'll be attaching my name tag to it, especially for the dinners in the dining room.. won't that be GORGEOUS!?
Below: Demonstrators are taking 25 cards on the trip to swap… Stampin' UP! will collect them and give us back 25 different cards… I'm working on designs for my swap… do you have a preference? Leave me a comment below and let me know which one you like best 🙂
I used my FAVORITE Watercolor Wonder notecards, and Watercolor paper for the Scalloped Tag punches, and the Butterfly from Backyard Basics. There is a matching Backyard Basics die cut for the butterfly so it makes cutting them out easy! The stamp set is called Simply Stems and is found on pg 33 in the Occasions catalog.
See below for ordering information.
Throw Back Thursday?
<<< This was the 3 of us on our 2nd cruise with Stampin' Up! in 2002. We cruised out of NY City to Bermuda.. by far one of my very favorite cruises ever! (except for the very rough seas on the way back!)
Do you enjoy cruising?
I'd love to hear your favorite cruise destination!

Happy Cruising Bennett family! I like the last card on the right!
Oh my gosh Patty, they are all very pretty so it is hard to pick one but I think I would go with the last one on the right too. Have a great and fun trip!
Patty, I like the second one best, but would add a couple gold sequins in the bottom right corner (in the green area) and a gold sequin on the butterfly instead of the green candy dot. Just me 2 cents……love all your work 🙂
I like the last card or next to last card. The punched flowers don’t do it for me… Please let us know which one you settle on, and Bon Voyage!
Hi Patty, I like the one on the far right with the Simple Stems!
Lucky you; have a magnificent time (I know you all will)!!! 🙂
Congratulations on this cruise! Have a great time! My favorite is the card on the far right:) And my cruise destination would be the Hawaiian Islands.
Love your throwback pic. Jason was so cute! I like third card the best. So happy you are going and I know you’ll have a lot of fun!
I love the card that is #3. Graciously simple yet very pretty. Any card you go with is a treat and a treasure. BonVoyage.
I like 3 and 4. I like the extra layer on 3. If you could make 4 but with that extra layer, that would be something I would like.
Have fun and thanks for posting the photo! 🙂 I know all about hiding behind my kids. 😉
I like the 3rd card. I really like the how you used the watercolor notecards, the simple stems and the backyard basics together. Never would have thought of that.
Patty, I love the 4th card (farthest right)!! The 3rd card is cute two, but I am a sucker for butterflies! Have a great time next month!
The one on the far right! Seems to be the winner, too!
Patty,
Just wanted to say … “Have a wonderful time on cruise!” Well deserved. PS: I love your swap cards 🙂
Have fun! Linda
Definitely the one on the far right. OMG it is BEAUTIFUL!
All of them Patty! They are all so pretty!
Ter 😉
