Hello Friends!! Don't you love the cute camera stamp called Snapshot!? You can see it on page 167 in the Stampin' Up! catalog.
<<< What I love is that this camera stamp reminds me of a camera my dad had when I was a young girl… I can picture the beautiful leather case that was always attached to the camera as well! :) It looked something like this one to the left that I found on a google search.
For my card today, I started with one of the new Crumb Cake Stampin' Up! note cards on page 194, and I stamped the background with the World Map background stamp on page 38 in Crumb Cake ink.
I cut some banner pieces using the Typeset Designer Paper on page 184, and stamped hello from the Hi There set on page 18 with Soft Suede ink.
The Snapshot camera was stamped with the Memento Black ink pad on Whisper White cardstock and colored with the Smoky Slate Blendabilities markers as well as 3 of the markers from the Skin Tone set (you can find those supplies on pg 212). Then I cut it out and added it with Dimensionals to the project.
I added a little piece of Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon so that it would look a bit like a wrist strap. It's just tucked behind the cut out camera.
Did you see the cute silver pearls that look like rivets or screws? Just color your pearls with the Smoky Slate Blendabilities and voila… you have silver embellishmenst!! 🙂
