Festival of Trees Creative Challenge Club Card

Monday = time to play along with our Creative Challenge Club Sketch!

This is my card submission for CCC-16 as part of the Design Team for CCC.

My card features several new Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog products.. you can see all of them at the bottom of this post. Don't you love the Festival of Trees stamp set and punch bundle! I do! You'll find it on pg 24 of the Holiday Catalog.

When I was asked to be a part of this design team 16 weeks ago, it was the first time I had ever created anything from a sketch. I was really worried about the "rules" and wasn't sure if you had to copy the sketch exactly or what? But I started studying the other Design Team member submissions and realized that the sketch is a SUGGESTION and it's supposed to be inspiration.. so this week I let myself go with the Festival of Trees Tree Punches instead of the hearts on the sketch! 🙂

The Santa and Co. epoxy embellishments (found on pg 29 Holiday Catalog) are super adorable!! I had never used embellies like this until I bought these, and I think these are pretty fun! I used it to hold down my greeting banner on this card! CLICK HERE to see another cute way to use these!

I also love the bright Real Red paper from the Santa & Co. DSP package!! so festive! (pg 29 Holiday Catalog)

The dots are from the Festival of Trees stamp set, and I stamped them in Real Red on the punched out trees. The trees and the polka dot paper behind them are found in the Under the Tree Specialty DSP pack (pg 5 Holiday Catalog).
