Can you see the "snow"?

After stamping my card with the trees from the Stampin' UP! Wonderland set, I put it into the Softly Falling Embossing folder (see it here) and ran it through the Big Shot to give it some snowy texture!

And, did you see what else I added to the card!?  I splattered my Wink of Stella pen onto the finished card to create some pretty sparkly snow!!  Stampin' Up! gave us this pen at Founder's Circle and it will be in the new 2016 Occasions Catalog!  Wow.. did I say 2016 Occasions catalog!?  Eeek!!!  Are you on my list to receive one free in your mailbox?  If you have placed a $50 or more order with me (in a single order) in the last 3 months, you can expect to find one in your mailbox in December!

Create an easy and beautiful snow splatter by flicking your Wink of Stella pen onto your handmade card, by Patty Bennett

The snowy hill was created by cutting a curvy line out of a piece of Winter Wonderland paper that has some small gold speckles on it.  EASY way to create a snowy hill!

WATCH MY VIDEO HERE for tips on creating this card as well as another similar snowy hill card (this card is shown at the end of the video).

Wonderland Tree card featuring Softly Falling Embossing Folder from the Stampin' Up! Holiday catalog 2015. Card by Patty Bennett

I created the moon by punching out a 1-1/4" dia. circle from white cardstock and adhering it to the card before embossing it with the Softly Falling embossing folder.

I think this card would be great for Birthday, Thank You, Thinking of You, Get Well or a holiday card in December! What do you think?
