Last month I took a stamping class at Cindee's house.  She is an amazing teacher and crafter!!  This is one of the lovely projects we created during her class, featuring the Stampin' UP! Santa's Sleigh stamp set and framelit die bundle as well as other great products listed below!

Framed Home Christmas Decor piece featuring Stampin' Up! Santa's Sleigh stamp set and framelit set. Cute Reindeer and sleigh on a glimmery snowy hillside!

We created this festive 5"x7" framed Christmas home decor piece using the Fancy Frost paper in the background (sponged in blue) and the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper cut into "snowy hillsides".  It also features die cut reindeer, trees and Santa's Sleigh.

Noteable Design Features:

  • Mica Flakes on tree
  • sponged Fancy Frost designer paper "sky"
  • snowy hillside cut from Dazzling Diamonds glimmer paper
  • Glimmer paper over Silver Foil sleigh

Each of these Stampin' Up! products are available by clicking on any of the product photos at the bottom of this blog post – it will take you right to my online store!

Supplies for framed Christmas Santa's Sleigh home decor piece.

To add the mica flakes to the tree, we put a bit of Multipurpose liquid glue on the tree then sprinkled the mica flakes on top. So pretty!!

Mica Flakes, found on page 41 in the 2016 Holiday catalog, or here in my online store.

Don't the trees look amazing?

They are stamped in Garden Green and Old Olive on Pear Pizzazz and Emerald Envy cardstock, die cut with the Santa's Sleigh framelits, and then we added the mica flakes, per above.

The sleigh is so special looking when you layer the Silver Foil paper and the Silver Glimmer paper!!!!

Each reindeer has a red glimmer paper bow!  I forgot to put the red glimmer dot on the nose of "Rudolph", but at least he's dressed up with the die cut wreath!

And that sky… how pretty is that!?  The Fancy Frost paper is already embossed with several different patterns, all you have to do is sponge on a little color for this gorgeous effect!  Find the Fancy Frost paper on page 37 in the Holiday catalog or HERE in my online store.
